This version doesn't have macOS support because I forgot to add macOS permissions.
Use Setup if you want to fully install it on your system.
Use Portable if you just want to run it directly.

This functional QR scanner was made as a joke / to actually prove me (Vityea) can build desktop application opposed to my non-believe friend (Noream).
Hence this is called Noream QR.
This project was started on the 05 August 2026 (Pre-bacii), and was compiled/completed the first version on the 06 August 2026 (Pre-bacii).
The official stable release for Noream QR was released on the 12 August 2026 (After-bacii / Post-bacii 11 August 2026).
